Ads must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. The "AI Sessions" podcast reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any advertisement deemed unsuitable.
2. Payment Terms: Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon rates and schedules. Late payments may result in the suspension of the advertising campaign.
3. Cancellation Policy: Advertisers may cancel their campaign with a written notice at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Ad Placement and Scheduling: The "AI Sessions" podcast will endeavour to accommodate the advertiser's preferred slot and timing but cannot guarantee specific placement. Ad placement is subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
5. Intellectual Property: Advertisers warrant that they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, and content provided for the advertisement. The advertiser grants the "AI Sessions" podcast a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose of the ad campaign.
